What is included with the $75 diagnostic fee?
Our diagnostic fee covers the cost for one of our technicians to come to your home/rv/business and diagnose the problem with your computer. The fee does not include any work on your device. Most of the time we are able to repair your laptop on site but if it is going to be a long process we may need to take your machine with us and return it the following day.
What services do you offer?
Hill Country Mobile PC Repair offers a wide range of services, including virus removal, hardware replacement and upgrades, software upgrades, consulting, home network setup, and computer optimization. In addition, we offer one on one tutoring for PC, office, web applications, and mobile phones or tablets.
What payments do you accept?
Hill Country Mobile PC Repair accepts payments via PayPal, credit card, and cash.
Payment is required at time of service.
Do you do after hours emergency visits?
Yes, we offer emergency after hours and weekend support for the hours of 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM Monday - Friday and any time on Saturday/Sunday. Emergency rates start at $100 an hour with a two hour minimum and include transportation time
